Shipping and Refund Policy

Processing time
We make every item in small handcrafted batches fairly fresh to when you order most products will last 1-2 years, almost guaranteed to need more before then ;) We prepare them for shipping within the next 1-2 days. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

Estimated shipping time and cost
5 - 7 business days within the US. We will be starting to ship in Flat Rate boxes provided from the USPS postal service. Shipping flat rate will be at $9.00. Depending on the size and amount of product goods purchased the shipping rate is subject to change to accommodate a safe and efficiently sized box shipping method for your purchase. We want your goodies to make it to you from Alaska. You will receive an additional email pertaining this if it is necessary. Most cases it is not required.

Refunds or Exchanges

No, at this time we are not able to issues any refund or exchanges for any reason or situation. ALL sales from our website, social platforms, or in person are subject to final sale. This is to include all gift card purchases even if they have an outstanding balance and the 1 year time has lapsed. Please keep up to date with your balances and your purchases. This is for the overall health and quality as to why we cannot except any products being returned. Thank You.
